STACEY GREER

Having gained extensive experience and knowledge of the dental sector; both Private and NHS over a twenty-two year period, Stacey fully understands the pressures that running a dental service can pose. She's had a varied and successful career starting with Dental Nursing and progressing through to Dental Laboratory Manager, Dental Practice Manager/ CQC registered Manager and lead Practice Manager. Moving further on, she took on the role of Clinical Governance and Compliance Manager, overseeing compliance and audit across multiple practices and policy writing for a well known dental group. Before making the move to establish her own business Stacey's last role saw her acting as Director of Operations for a corporate Dental Service, delivering six NHS dental contracts across Hampshire. Stacey has general dental nursing experience, as well as private/ cosmetic experience, including implants.

Favourite part of role: Staff management and development – “I love watching my staff progress in their career and achieve their ambitions, it really is so rewarding. I also love mentoring, I really feel good when I am able to pass on my knowledge to others, I am so passionate about the industry and also, supporting those within it to become the best version of themselves in their specific role choice."
